Had the bacon gouda breakfast sandwich. Immediately after I had stomach pains, but about 4 hours later came the vomiting. I threw up 7 times in a row and then had diarrhea - absolutely terrible. This has happened several times. When I order sausage I get sick 8 out of 10 times only at McDonalds. This morning around 7:00 a.m. I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I became very sick by noon with diarrhea and nausea. I need to never go there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Got a breakfast sub yesterday morning and it was heated incorrectly. Usually they heat the sausage and Bacon separately. And then heat with cheese on the sub in the oven.
