Bacon Food Poisoning

Even though bacon is salt-cured to help prevent soiling, it is still possible to get food poisoning from bacon. Eating undercooked bacon can cause illness, such as toxoplasmosis, trichinosis, and tapeworms. Some of the symptoms of bacon food poisoning can be nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and fever.

and picking up condiments I realize a foul odor coming from the hot dog which had a sort of mango tomato chetney and some what perplexed due to the rotting smell. I was SO taken aback from the
faint rot meat smell .I sat down with my husband not sure if it was the smell because of a cocktail or the food on my tray. I never had to complain in the seaworld parks befor but It was so bad it was turing into sort or methane smell. My husband took a bite as I did but after 5 mins It smelled and tasted worse, like rotting trash from a garbage compactor. After we took a reluctant bite after words it was So disgusting I brought it back to Facility and they gave me another bacon wrapped hot dog without the Chutney. Regardless several hours later we all had diarrhea. My husband had to call out sick the next day stomach cramps and diarrhea. I have been throwing up with non stop diarrhea. My children did not go to school the following day becuase of diarrhea. Aqudica needs to seriously check their preped food in there cools like e 4 hours for public safety. For the last 2 days it hurt so bad it feel like all my organs were going to explode. April 5th 2024 approximately 7am I ate a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich. The eggs were kind of watery and didn't seem right but I ate it any way. Within 6 hours I had nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, the worst cold sweats I have ever heard off. I layer on my friend cold tile floor for probably two hours. They checked my blood sugar level but it was fine. I drank about 8 oz of pedialite. That allowed me to make the 30 minute drive home. Within and hour the symptoms got bad again. It's now day two and I have nothing left in my stomach to vomit. I still have alot of nausea and a low grade fever. In the flip top reach in cooler on the main cook line, cooked potatoes (56F - Cold Holding) stored in a container above the cooling plane on top of closed containers.
