On 1/23/2024 at 5:29 pm my wife and went to Subway restaurant #1837-0 1503 W St. Mary's Tucson Az 85745 served by:087 phone# 520-791-7827 We purchased a 6" All American Club Sub My wife went in to purchase the sub. The male... See More manager started making the sub he put the meat & cheese on the sub & gave it to male employee. The employee put lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, mayo & mustard on it, wraped the sandwich, placed it in a bag and my wife paid for it. Food preparers did not have gloves on. We went home to have dinner we both my wife & I ate half of the sub I started to fell nauseas after eating a little more than half of it went to the bathroom violently vomiting three minutes later my wife was doing the same thing, I then had serious Diarrhea as my wife followed with the same symptoms it was bad I was going to go to St Mary's hospital but the Diarrhea slowed but my wife's symptoms was getting worst. We both took Mytanla to help with the symptoms. I started feeling better after 30 minutes or so, but it is now 4;20 am Arizona time my wife's has eased some but she is still sick with Nausea and stomach pain if she does not get better soon, we will go to the hospital.
