Last evening, 10/2/2022 at 9:30, I ate the chopped steak made of ground beef and topped with mushrooms, onions, and sauce, with sides of asparagus, baked sweet potato, and Ceasar salad, with bread and sweet tea. The meat was ordered medium well done and appeared to be... See More cooked through. I found a piece of string and small bit of plastic in the meat, which I gave to the manager who removed the charge. I carefully ate the remaining meat. Around 3am I began having stomach cramps and large belches with foul odor. At 8am I had watery diarrhea which I treated with Pepto Bismol and it continued until 5pm. I am feeling better and resumed normal food as of 5pm. I called the restaurant and spoke to the same manager to report my illness. This is the first time I have ordered the chopped steak at this restaurant, but I have had the other items many times and never had any illness after eating there in the past. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps See Less

I made my pizza cooked it the right amount of time for it to be crispy didn’t come out crispy at all I also cooked two different pizzas for my daughter and friend and I had the beef one my daughter had pepperoni and my friend had... See More combination. They didn’t get sick but just after finishing my whole pizza I immediately had to run to the bathroom because I had explosive diarrhea. I felt fine after and went to bed not too long after I woke up feeling really weak and like I needed to pass out my vision was getting slightly blurry too everything just felt weird then a couple hours later I felt slightly nauseous and it just kept escalating from their. I was exhausted I couldn’t eat anything and at around 11 that night I threw up. I had to take pepto bismol to help my stomach feel better and now I’m fine this morning but I have never felt like that in my life even when I’ve had the stomach flu it was just a really weird feeling my daughter and friend didn’t get it thank god but there pizzas were not cooked all the way the meat was barely warm the pizza wasn’t even crispy they need to change the times on these pizzas because the cheese was barely melted too so that means the meat was not cooked properly. I did everything right on the box I always make sure to follow the directions. It’s weird that you also cook it shorter to make it crispy and longer to make it soft that doesn’t make any sense to me. This is also my first time trying the pizzas and I’ve never had any issues eating the pizza rolls I love these rolls. My friend recommended we try the pizza ones. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea See Less
