this was all i ate for the day and im not sensitive to spicy foods never have been nor have i had an experience like this before eating papa johns ) i started getting heat flashes, severe abdominal cramps, slight shortness of breath and loose stools. i couldnt even make it to work today bc i still feel awful. i immediately threw away the rest of the food into the dumpster after realizing what was causing my symptoms
