Broccoli food poisoning is a common occurrence. “Bought their brand chicken noodle soup and broccoli and cheddar. The coven noodle tasted "earthy" and raised it was a month past expiration. Ate the broccoli and cheddar for lunch last night (night shift RN) and had horrible cramps and vomiting that I bag to call off work for tonight. The date was... Observed approximately 6+ live roaches crawling under a table in the kitchen area located next to walk in cooler used as storage, 1 live roach crawling on... a pipe next to a prep table by kitchen northern back door, 1 live roach crawling on a cutting board with broccoli, 1 live roach on a tablecloth that sitting on the steam table, 4 live roaches crawling on a shelf of a steam table, 4 live roach on the kitchen floor in front of the walk in cooler, 9+ live roaches crawling on the kitchen floor of the back hallway area, 15 live roaches on a shelf in the dry storage area room, 2 live roaches inside the prep sink located by northern kitchen door, 1 live roach crawling inside the mop sink located in the kitchen across from chest freezer, 4 live roaches crawling on a shelf that has cup and lids, and napkins not protected, 1 live roach crawling on the wall next to the kitchen bathroom. Observed 1 live roach crawling out of the box of cling wrap. 5+ live roaches crawling inside the three compartment sink, 10+ live roaches crawling into a hole by the entrance of the kitchen door. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2021-05-26: At time of call back inspection observed approximately 4+ live roaches on the floor into a hole in the wall by the kitchen door entrance, 10+ live roaches crawling on a wall into a hole in the kitchen area, next to the prep sink, 2+ live roaches crawling under the three compartment sink, 10+ live roaches crawling on the kitchen floor of the back hallway area, 40+ live roaches under bins that has and stores flour, sugar, and rice in the dry storage area room. **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2021-05-27: Observed 1 live roach crawling on the wall located in front of two compartment sink, observed 2 live roaches crawling on kitchen floor, 2 live roaches crawling on the kitchen wall behind the chest reach in freezer located in the main kitchen next to back door, 2 live roaches crawling on the dry storage ceiling, one live roach crawling on the pipe above preparation table, observed 8+ live roaches inside a hole on the ceiling above two compartment sink, 3 live roaches crawling on dishwasher area floor. **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2021-06-01: Observed 2 lives roaches on the wall by the dish machine, 5+ on prep table shelves and 7 on the floor that is closest to the dish machine, 6+ by the rice cooker wall, 2 on the cook line reach in cooler, 2 by the microwave, 3 on the floor by the 2-comp sink, 2 by the dry storage shelf, 2 on the floor by the walk in cooler, 4 by the mop sink and 1 by back door.. **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2021-06-03: Observed 1 live roach on the wall by dishwasher area, 2 live roaches under a table by in the kitchen area next to a hand wash sink, 3 live roaches inside the standing oven, 1 live roach by mop sink, 1 underneath a box of soy sauce located on a table in the kitchen, 2 live roaches on dry storage shelf, 2 live roaches on the floor under cook line. **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2021-06-04: Observed one live roach by the wall behind the dishwasher, 1 behind the water heater , 2 live roaches by the mop sink, 2 live roach on the wall by the steam table, 1 live roach behind the white chest freezer. **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2021-06-08: At time of call back inspection observed 20+ live roaches crawling on the kitchen floor: behind the cooking equipments, oven, under tables next to the deep fryers, under the prep sink, under the steam table, and on the dry storage shelf where can food is stored. Observed 7+ live roaches crawling from the wall located next to the oven ont.

“Had dinner at the listed restaurant at 8 pm, 6/6/2021.
Maple bacon grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and brown gravy and steamed broccoli.
At 11 pm experienced diarrhea which continued through the night and during the day on 6/7.
At 2 am and 4 am experienced nausea and violent vomiting. Had c... hills and a slight fever on 6/7. ”

“Monday May 31, 2021 we had. Out of the three of us, I was the only one who ate the broccoli and the greens. At about 6 I ate, at about 7:30 I became extremely sick. By 10:30 I was rushed to the ER. ”

“The CDC and the USDA-FSIS are investigating a multistate outbreak of Salmonella Enteriditis infections linked to raw frozen breaded stuffed chicken products. As of June 2, 2021, a total of 17 people infected with the outbreak strain of Salmonella Enteritidis have been reported from 6 states (AZ, IL,... IN, MI, MN, and NY), 8 people were hospitalized and no deaths were reported.
According to the FSIS, the products may be labeled "chicken cordon bleu", chicken with “broccoli and cheese”, or "chicken Kiev", and while they may appear to be ready-to-eat they are in fact raw and need to be fully cooked before consumption. They issued a public health alert to remind consumers about the proper handling and cooking of raw poultry products.
Both CDC and FSIS, advise consumers to read carefully the labels on raw frozen breaded stuffed chicken products., always cook poultry products to an internal temperature of 165°F, and never eat raw or undercooked poultry.

“Food, probably fried chicken or the broccoli served with it. Another relative got sick on the same dish on May 28th, 2021. Me, my husband and an adult child ate a late lunch/early dinner Sat around 3pm. My husband had fried chicken and broccoli/carrots. I had a small piece of his chicken and ate my... own broccoli/carrots. He got sick about 1 hr later with diarrhea, chills, fever. I got the same symptoms about 4 hours later and still have it today.

“It was cooked broccoli and cauliflower. It started with bloating after I ate, then from 6pm until after midnight it was constantly throwing up then diarrhea then both at the same time.
