    Eckridge smoked kielbasa/sausage, On Nov 15th between 2 and 3 am I ate cabbage and onions, mixed with eckridge kielbasa. I started violently vomiting later in the day around 1pm. I had bad chills and was freezing,stomach pain,stomach cramps,and felt weak like I was gonna pass out.... See More I was vomiting around 3 hours ,until all I was doing was dryheeving once everything was thrown up. I was completely exhausted and don't remember fallen asleep,but I did sometime after 4pm. I woke up a few minutes before 8pm with minor stomach pain. I refuse to eat because I'm scared to get sick like that again. So I've been sipping on water to stay hydrated. I also have a headache coming on as I'm writing this, but not sure if the headache is from this.     - comments: the menu does not disclose and inform consumers of the specific menu items, such as sushi and other assorted raw fish that are raw or undercooked.     - comments: observed approximately 5 lbs of freshly washed, ready-to-eat green onions on a metal pan drying outside on the rear patio under the buildings wooden staircase, not protected from environmental contamination. All discarded. Also noted were prepared foods being stored directly on the floors of the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer. Rice cooker operating and cooking rice on the floor of the kitchen. Reviewed proper food protection and storage of foods. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.
