- comments: observved no hand washing signs or posters near hand washing sinks in front and rear bar area. Must provide hand washing signs and maintain.

observed inside walk-in cooler prepared and ready to eat tcs foods such as cooked rice, cooked chicken and cheese sauce. Not properly date labeled the discarded date exceeded. Management voluntarily discarded aproximately 100 lbs of food valu of $200. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: missing the reminder stament on menu for raw or undercooked food. Must provide and maintain. Priority foundation violation. No citation issued.

- comments: missing thermometer needed at the front prep cooler. Must provide a thermometer and maintain.

- comments: evidence of improper pest control inside premises. Observed 20 rat droppings on floor underneath 3-compartment sink in front bar area, on floor behind chest freezer in food prep area and underneath unused lockers in basement. Must clean and sanitize areas. Additional pest control service is needed to elimate pest activity. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020. Citation issued.

- comments: observed an excessive amount of ice build up in chest freezer located in rear food preparation area. Must remove excess ice detail clean and maintain. ,

- comments: observed inadequate availability of hot water throghout premises at the 3-compartment sinks and hand washing sinks food ppep area. Water temperature 47. 9f-49. 8f. Instructed to provide adequate supply of hot water above 110. F at the 3-compartment sinks and above 100. F at the hand washing sinks. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued. Plumber on site hot water has been repair during inspection.

- comments: observed the 3-comartment sink in rear prep dish area not properly draining slow draining water released from one compartment(basin) backup inside onother compartment when released inside sink. Instructed to repair sink and maintain. Priority violation 7-38-025 citation issued.
