doing absolutely fine before I ate them. This really sucks because they’ve always been my go to snacks but I noticed the last few times I ate them I got acid reflux and heartburn. I have eaten entire boxes of Cheez-Its before, sometimes even in just one sitting, and never have I experienced any side effects until the past year or so. Was doing fine. Started to notice everytime I eat the extra cheesy cheez-it’s I get very nauseas & my stomach feels weird. Last for 30min-4 hours. Earlier today I felt awful the whole night & day. Never have I felt like this from any type of cracker snacks.  | Symptoms: Nausea

I was feeling great. Went to get a snack out of the vending machine, a bag of Cheez-it. About 45 minutes after I ate them, I got severely ill. Threw up for 12 hours straight, had diarrhea for 7 days, bad stomach cramps, and chills.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills

minutes after finishing them. I'm not sure why that is, but they don't taste any different than they did before, so it's unclear whether it's just my body or if it's the snack that makes me nauseous. Cheez-Its are among my favorite snacks, and I have no trouble consuming other flavors.
