I had a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo for lunch on Tuesday August 21 af the waldorf md McDonald’s by the mall. That night I was extremely sick. I bought a Caspian style pizza, which is BBQ sauce, chicken, onions, and cheese. I went to bed and the next day had the leftovers for lunch. Within 8 hours of eating lunch I had horrible gas pains followed by diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas

I was at ameeting and watched the Qdoba meal be delivered at 5:00. I ate white rice, chicken, black beans, cheese sauce and sour cream. I was projectile puking by 2 o’clock that morning. It was horrible! No more qdoba for me.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I went to Betty Dangers yesterday on 8-22-18. I ordered Chicken Tacos. Before even eating them I questioned the chicken as it looked very odd (Very watery, dark/old look, no scent). Upon first bite I almost sent my order back because it tasted terrible & very bland.… See more
