At 9:00 pm on 8-19-2018 I got Mcdonalds mcchicken sandwich and cookies. Four hours later had diarrhea and have it for 3 days. Getting better today. I think it was from the dressing they put on top of the chicken.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Had chicken minis for breakfast August 21, 2018 at approximately 9:00am with a sweet tea and ice water. The same night about 12 hours later my stomach started cramping and with loose stools becoming worse over the last day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
