Cinnamon Food Poisoning

Cinnamon, while naturally anti-bacterial, is not immune to Salmonella contamination and could result in food poisoning. In 2015, 31 states in the US had ground cinnamon, as well as other spices, recalled due to contamination. Salmonella infections are often associated with diarrhea, fever, and stomach cramps 12-72 hours after consumption.

the rest of the day..But I was fine the next day but now I know it’s the cereal bc I just ate some was fine and then I ate it and feel like I have a fever, aches, like I’m getting really sick! This happened the other day but I didn’t think anything of it now I’m realizing this feeling only starts after eating the cereal! So I looked it up it said there’s a recall on the cereal bc it’s contaminated with metals, but I bought the Cinnamon toast cereal and that one is not listed on the recall. Today @ 10:45am, I started experiencing extreme stomach pain, ended up vomiting in the bath tub while sitting on the commode with painful nonstop diarrhea, I endured these problems for more than an hour. When I got my crunch wrap supreme combo I was only able to eat my small taco and barely half my crunch wrap before I was in the bathroom with runny diarrhea. I put the food up and went to bed before 1am. At 6:10ish this morning I woke up with runny diarrhea again for more than 10 minutes. I came out the bathroom and before I got 20ft I had to turn around again, but now to throw up. I was hurling projectile vomit 6 times the first time.
