Coffee Food Poisoning

Coffee Food Poisoning

Coffee, whether brewed at home or store-bought, could be a source of food poisoning. In-home coffee makers could have mold or bacteria growing in the water reservoir resulting in infection and illness, whereas coffee products bought in-store could contain contaminated milk or flavorings, also resulting in illness.

sensation in my throat that caused a panic. I immediately took activated charcoal but it took 15 minutes to kick in. This was alarming, never felt that sensation before. I knew it was serious, but luckily I keep charcoal on hand. I believe this was not caused by a pathogen but rather tainted by a chemical. Like to have it analyzed, as I still have the carton.  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain
