Goodbye! and best wishes in your recovery

Crackers could be the source of food poisoning. They can be contaminated with Salmonella as well as Listeria monocytogenes, a bacteria that leads to food poisoning and severe illness. Listeria can be especially harmful to pregnant women, people over the age of 65, and those with weakened immune systems.

My wife got sick on day 2, she had constant watery diarrhea, which turned into repeated projectile vomiting. She threw up for about 6 hours straight, and then couldn't keep anything down the next day. Took her to the on-site clinic and the doctor was very helpful,... See More treated her for dehydration and gave her an antibiotic/anitparasitic medication. 2 days later and she wakes up with diarrhea again, and 10 minutes after that, I get it too. I was up all night was constant watery diarrhea. I still can't trust gas. Around 6am, I projectile vomited my guts out and I'm feeling so drained. Was able to keep down some crackers and a banana provided by guest services. The only thing keeping me going is the pedialyte my wife was given by the doctor. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Gas See Less

I went through quite an ordeal after eating a salad from Jason's Deli about three weeks ago. There was NOTHING else that could have affected me that day as it was directly after I ate there about three hours later and have been dealing with some type... See More of bacterial issue that took me out of work about eight days, and then now am having horrible residual issues with reflux and what feels like an ulcer or bacterial over growth in my stomach. It started off with throwing up, wretched diarrhea for and STILL don't have a normal response to food three weeks later. It's SEVERE and after doing everything I can from home, feel I will need to follow up with my doctor to see what is lingering for so long in my system. This was NOT the flu and it was NOT Covid 19 ... it was food poisoning. Recently I looked up reports on line to see if there was anything about Jason's from anyone else and was shocked to see people from all over the country reporting exactly what I have been through. What in the world? I know food poisoning can happen, but these are all recent! Do they not do anything to help prevent this from being a major chance to be closed down for taking people out?

What do I do from here? I cannot eat anything without a terrible burning sensation, and especially when I am empty, it's worse. I can't sleep well at all and had to order a special piece to help me sleep sitting at an angle as my stomach has hurt SO bad I can't lie down and sleep through the night. My diet exists of chicken soup and crackers, and water. It's no way to live and it's not helping get rid of things in the long run. Help! | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

1/17/2024 Wednesday 6:29 pm, I was desiring soup (which I had purchased progresso the week of from ShopRite).
Within the hour i felt my body react, terribly, nausea and not quite right, I went to lay back down but knew it was just the beginning, I asked... See More my wife to bring me Tidos alcohol ( I only reccomend top shelf liquors), or you can get your self more sick. Seems like it helped a little, but it was not an instant cure, maybe a half hour later constant bathroom rounds of dry heaving of the feeling of vomit,( and only vomit up a half of the progresso soup, I wish it were more). I had a sleepless night, by morning (Thursday) I felt so sick still, and, this is when cramps kicked in. I was feeling very dehydrated and picked up two bottles of Gatorade and two ginger pills (I have zero appetite). I am on day 3, lots of highs and lows with very little energy. Only been eating rice, ritzs crackers, tea, Gatorade, and coconut water. My digestion feels weird, almost like a bubble in my digestive track, Pedialyte seemed to help a little tonight. Feeling very lethargic. I think I would be deadly sick if not for the vodka, which I am not suppose to have because of my fatty liver but this was an emergency
That’s my story. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Loss of Appetite

I started eating the new Buffalo flavored cheezit crackers and got hooked on how good they were.
