- comments: observed poor hygienic practicies by female food handler observed her with plastic gloves on pick up a box from the garbage can and was reading what was on box with other female employee washing dishes and then she put box back on top of garbage and proceeded to put croissants into toaster and got wrapping paper and placed on counter without changing gloves and washing hands. - comments: observed evidence of appx. 100 or more mice droppings on lower railings of french fry station,on floor next to and behind hot water tank,on floor and railings of chemical storage cage,on railings and floor underneath used soda station in lobby.
