Ordered cheeseburger with bacon, regular fries, and a diet coke with ice. Only ate about half of the cheesburger because it tasted weirdly salty. Threw up about 30 min later and quite a few times after that. My sister ate some fries and was fine so it probably wasn't those.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

after eating she began to feel nauseous and had diarrhea. Approximately 60 minutes after she began to violently vomit and continue to have diarrhea which has continued for several hours with no signs of stopping.
