Suspected source: A biggie meal at Wendy's - plain hamburger, fries, chicken nuggets, and a chocolate frosty.
Onset: 4 to 12 hours

Had the bbq chicken burger, fries and onion rings, partner had spicy pasta, we both had the fries and some mozzarella sticks, shortly after eating I developed awful upset stomach for 24hrs, phoned the strore and not interested partner has had it milder  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

After eating some fries around 4pm yesterday I experienced abdominal cramps around 9pm. For the rest of the night I had cramping and nausea. I have emetophobia so I wouldn't let myself throw up. Today I have had a ton of bowel movements and a loss of appetite. I just don't feel right physically.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Loss of Appetite
