Ordered food from Captain D's Sunday afternoon April 7 2024. Around 5pm
Woke sick vomiting about 2am Monday 8th of April.
I have been violently sick since. Still dealing with stomach issues and unable to eat.

night and even started vomiting up bile due to nothing else being in my stomach. I continued to vomit 5,6 more times throughout the day while trying to consume water, Gatorade, ginger ale. The only thing that stayed down and was the last thing I tried to drink in an attempt to not make me nauseous and stop the vomiting, was apple juice. This was around 5pm. Today is the next day and I feel better. My throat still feels a little harsh from the constant needing to vomit and the diarrhea has not left yet but I haven’t vomited since after consuming the apple juice yesterday afternoon. Me and my friend ate the same exact meal, only she didn’t have the Kraft shredded cheese.

exhaustion. I couldn’t keep any fluids down and contemplated going to the emergency room. Eventually I just held Gatorade in my mouth as long as I could and then would spit it out to get some electrolytes. After 12 hours the vomiting stopped but cramps, fever and pain don’t stop until about 24-30 hours later. I am now recovering from exhaustion and fatigue due to not having eaten in two days since becoming sick.

it was impossible to get back to sleep for more than an hour before having to wake up an go again. At 6:30, my stomach started to feel more upset, so I took some Pepto and went to get another glass of water. After that, I started doing morning chores, but was feeling more and more nauseous to the point of carrying around a trash can with me. Eventually I threw up around 7:10 and realized it was an issue with the taco bell as I had been at home all day the previous day. Due to the time since eating and the fact that the only other thing I had that day was jelly toast in the morning and yogurt+granola for lunch, I'm confident it was the Taco Bell that was responsible.

still asymptomatic) Within 45 or so minutes of eating my oldest and I felt queasy and rumbling in our stomachs. In about 11/2-2 hrs, my oldest puked at work and came home. The first vomit was food/then green twice/and then bile color. Diarrhea accompanied. At 9:30, I took them to the local ER as they could not stop vomiting. They were treated for acute vomiting/acute diarrhea. They took urine and blood samples. They gave them Zofran and pain meds and sent us home. Kiddo continued to vomit several more times and the next day was just diarrhea. On Friday, I vomited and started non stop diarrhea. We have terrible gut pain and gas. We drank Gatorade, stayed hydrated, ate crackers and applesauce when we were able and yesterday we thought we were getting better. No one had any symptoms. We had disinfected as we went along to try to ensure no spread to youngest kid. This evening we are nauseated and I have the diarrhea back. We both took Zofran. We know we have something. We ate nothing that day other than the burger meal. We had an appt with primary care on Monday and are awaiting stool test results.
