Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: other: Hives (Hospital)
Suspected source: Not sure. I don‘t think any intentional ingredients did it.
Onset: Very soon after. Like a few seconds.
    Duration: Not sure.
    Sick: Just me.
Additional information: I was three when it happened. I have only partial memory of... See More the incident, but I decided to solve the mystery myself when it happened. The dish was a Greek yogurt with Mixed Berries. After the first bite, a hive appeared shortly after. My parents got a little confused and decided they either saw it wrong, or was harmless. They still hesitated my second bite, but that second spoonful made me break out in hives and I had to go to the hospital. It never happened again, and different yogurts were just fine. I never had the yogurt again, but my parents decided to check the ingredients two years later. They saw nothing suspicious or wrong, and that left them confused and stumped. They overall gave up in the search, but I was stubborn enough to continue. As a nine year-old, I had an allergy test including strawberries and blueberries which both posed as non-allergenic to me. Both Greek yogurt and granola I have eaten many times, which I can consider myself fine to. So I believe the mystery allergen was a form of bacteria or germ that was most likely unintentional. I have gained no further evidence, and I figured this could lead to answers, or maybe even save some innocent victims a visit to the hospital. | Symptoms: Other See Less

You were three (your words!), why report it now for??

10/1/2022-10/2/2022, Bear Naked Granola I have not been this ill in over 20 years. I have also eaten granola all my life and have never had problems. There is clearly something wrong with this cereal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other See Less

I ordered a turkey on Italian bread with cucumbers, lettuce, olives, jalapeños, green peppers, American cheese, mayo, vinegar, and oil. This is what I get at any of their locations I got to, but after I started eating this at around 11:30am/12pm my stomach started getting sour.... See More The pain continued all the way home (in NWI) from work in Elkhart (was working at the cvs on the same strip mall), now it’s 6pm and I’ve used the bathroom around 9 times since being back. I forced myself to eat something else and that still didn’t help. I’ve probably drank over 8 water bottles since I got home and I still feel dehydrated. I wasn’t dehydrated before I ate their, because I drink water religiously every hour. This dehydrated feeling is making me want to pass out, but my stomach is also killing me making me feel like I need to puke. I don’t know what went wrong after eating their food, but it sucks and I pray it isn’t food poisoning or something:( I’ve also tried Tums, acid reflux medicine, and ibuprofen to see if it was just an acid reflux issue but that isn’t the case. This was also the only meal I had eaten, besides a granola bar at 5am and 9:30am (they were the same granola bars and I’ve eaten these before too) that’s how I knew it was the sandwich I ate. I don’t know what I did with the receipt, but I screenshot the pending purchase on my Chase account and attached that. Also, the sandwich is at the bottom of the garbage and couldn’t dig it out with stuff all on it. The customer service was great there, I even tipped them because they were fast and nice. The sandwich itself was the only issue, I just wanted to make that clear. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dehydration See Less

I stopped eating granola because it made me feel sick after. But it wasn't my stomach it was more in my head. A really funny feeling. It was the bear granola. But now I skeptical and just don't eat granola anymore.

I love this place. I have never had an issue at any of this places. Monday we ate there at 1 pm. I had the #6 roast beef mikes way and a sweet tea. Purchased granola nuts and strawberry. I was violently sick 10minutes later. Thought it was a one off coincidence. But ate this again week later. Same result | Symptoms: Vomiting See Less

I had a berry granola pot and a ginger shot. This is all I’d had to eat. I assume it was the yoghurt in the granola pot. But I felt nauseous within about an hour/2 hours. I pushed through home on the train but felt like I... See More was about to throw up any minute. It came on so quickly! I got home and was violently vomiting still all I had was bile and diarrhoea for the next 4 hours. I was tired, exhausted and in so much pain with my stomach. I took two immodium but this seemed to have little effect. I could even drink water without throwing it up. Managed to get a little rest and could finally hold down water the next morning however I have not eaten in over 24 hours and still in bed | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bile, Weakness, Stomach Pain See Less
