    Gyros can very well be the source of food poisoning. Improperly prepared meat and fresh vegetables could lead to contamination with harmful bacteria such as E.coli and Salmonella. In more serious instances, the tomatoes could be infected with Hepatitis A, which led to an outbreak in Idaho in 2012.

See More my whole portion, my aunt only had a few bites but just a few hours later she was puking and I was having projectile vomiting and explosive diarrhea at the same time, this only happened twice for me, since then I’ve had consistent diarrhea. She puked well into the next day and then decided to go to the hospital. Large, deep container of cooked gyro meat at 97. 9f, container of cooked ground beef at 98. 1f, container of cooked mushrooms at 80. 6f. All product discarded and denatured at this time. Approx 20lbs $100 value. Citation issued 7-38-005 priority. Instd to maintain hot foods in proper hot holding equipment at 135f or above.

    Thank you for the feed back , also keep in mind that the norovirus is going around with these symptoms (not saying that you didn't get poisoned) we thought we had food poisoning but turns out it's a stomach virus
