- comments: observed poor hygienic practicies by female food handler observed her with plastic gloves on pick up a box from the garbage can and was reading what was on box with other female employee washing dishes and then she put box back on top of garbage and proceeded to put croissants into toaster and got wrapping paper and placed on counter without changing gloves and washing hands. - comments: must label squeeze bottles when food is not in original package.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 100 or more mice droppings on lower railings of french fry station,on floor next to and behind hot water tank,on floor and railings of chemical storage cage,on railings and floor underneath used soda station in lobby. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 4/10/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: observed a gap along bottom of rear door and west entry door must make door tight fitting to prevent rodent entry.
