2 days in a row after eating a healthy choice frozen meal I had stomach pain, cramping, diarrhea. Both meals had the apple dessert which stayed runny but tasted ok. Yesterday was country fried steak, today was the fish with broccoli and rice. I took temperature today... See More of the fish after it cooked and made 100% sure it was cooked to suggested temperature. It was. I proceeded to eat it. I had mucous even in stool and it appeared yellow. Ate the meal about 2:00pm on 9/18/22. Started having stomach cramps and belching around 8:30pm.

The FSIS announced the recall of approximately 22,061 pounds of frozen beef products due to misbranding and undeclared allergens. The frozen products are labeled as Korean-Style Beef, but contain a chicken sausage and pepper product, which contains milk, a known allergen, which is not declared on the... See More product label. This product was shipped to retail locations nationwide. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of this product.
The recalled product is:
- 9.25-oz. cartons labeled as “Healthy Choice POWER BOWLS Korean-Style Beef” with lot code “5246220320” and a “best if used by” date of 04-18-2023.
The product was produced on July 22, 2022 and bears the establishment number “34622” on the end flap of the carton.
The problem was discovered when the producing establishment notified FSIS that it had received consumer complaints that the Korean-Style Beef cartons contained a chicken-based product.
FSIS is concerned that some products may be in consumers’ refrigerators or freezers. If you have an allergy to or are intolerant to milk do not eat it, it may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction. Please throw it away or return it to the place of purchase.
