The FSIS announced the recall of approximately 22,061 pounds of frozen beef products due to misbranding and undeclared allergens. The frozen products are labeled as Korean-Style Beef, but contain a chicken sausage and pepper product, which contains milk, a known allergen, which is not declared on the... See More product label. This product was shipped to retail locations nationwide. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of this product.
The recalled product is:
- 9.25-oz. cartons labeled as “Healthy Choice POWER BOWLS Korean-Style Beef” with lot code “5246220320” and a “best if used by” date of 04-18-2023.
The product was produced on July 22, 2022 and bears the establishment number “34622” on the end flap of the carton.
The problem was discovered when the producing establishment notified FSIS that it had received consumer complaints that the Korean-Style Beef cartons contained a chicken-based product.
FSIS is concerned that some products may be in consumers’ refrigerators or freezers. If you have an allergy to or are intolerant to milk do not eat it, it may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction. Please throw it away or return it to the place of purchase.
In case you experience harm from allergens or undeclared ingredients, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve issues and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.

I bought a ready pack cobb salad. I didn't think anything of it because I was rushing and was hungry. It was the probably the bistro Turkey & Bacon cobb (I had a healthy choice bbq seasoned steak with potatoes as well) . So I went to sleep that night and woke up 2 am Nov 2 and I felt terrible. That's when it started. My entire day every 30mins-40 I was in the bathroom. Around 4 pm I was like this is not normal food poisoning. I have had that before from the frozen meal scare years ago. Nope, this was different. All I know is to save people from having to use baby butt paste don't touch it. I went to the hospital and there's nothing they can do literally but give you Zofran and fluids. I left the hospital and tried to sleep. I've had to wear feminine products to sleep. I can't eat anything bc it just comes right back up. I'm severely dehydrated too. I'm actually trying water on my own for a first time on nov 3 at 9am. Besides the ice chips/sip of water I had at the hospital. My tongue is so dry. Save yourself the trouble and don't touch any more salads. The FSIS announced the recall of approximately 2,581,816 pounds of canned meat and poultry products by Conagra Brands, Inc due to a packaging defect that may cause the products to become contaminated without showing any outward signs of contamination. These products were shipped to retail locations nationwide... See More in USA. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to the consumption of these products.
The meat and poultry products were produced between December 12, 2022, and January 13, 2023 and bear establishment number “P4247” on the product cans. You can see the list of the recalled products in the images below and more details here: fsis.usda.gov
The problem was discovered when the establishment notified FSIS after observing spoiled and/or leaking cans from multiple production dates at the establishment’s warehouse. Subsequent investigation by the establishment determined that the cans subject to recall may have been damaged in a manner that is not readily apparent to consumers, which may allow foodborne pathogens to enter the cans.
FSIS is concerned that some products may be on retail shelves or in consumers’ pantries. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
