so that can mean only one food the Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Southwest chicken! I felt fine and a few hours later I went to bed. I was suddenly awakened with regeneration and my throat was burning with stomach acid. Then I ran to the bathroom vomiting and vomiting. Lying down in bed and the vomiting again and again. Lying down and I barely made it to the bathroom with more vomiting and diarrhea again and again. Throwing up in the bathroom trash can and diarrhea on the toilet both ends. Lying down and it stopped. Still feeling nauseous, headache, body ache no fever. Waiting to hear back from my doctor but I spoke with the nurse.. I have my Winn Dixie receipt dated 12/4/23 10:13 am 0710 092 15  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Body Ache

I ate the frozen dinner around 12pm. At 3pm the nausea hit and I left work. By 4pm the vomiting and diarrhea hit and that continued for the next 23 miserable hours. I probably threw up 30 times before the food poisoning finally passed. I will NEVER eat a Healthy Choice frozen dinner again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
