I got a Mcdouble and 2 Mcchickens. The lettuce looked brown but I didn't realize it until I had eaten half of the sandwich. Now I have extreme cramps and I've been vomiting. Ate a hamburger from whataburger. We ordered 3. I'm the only one who got sick. I had lettuce , jalapenos and pickles that were different from the other 2.
