A McChicken, like other fast foods, could be the cause of food poisoning. Improper handling of the chicken, lettuce, or mayonnaise could result in contamination. Chicken, lettuce, and mayonnaise have all been linked to Salmonella and E.coli outbreaks. Food poisoning associated with McChickens is often characterized by diarrhea and nausea.

Approximately 6 hours after eating Spicy McChicken sandwich from McDonald's I began having horrible stomach cramps, explosive watery diarrhea and so much projectile vomiting that I am now vomiting bile. I did not have mayo on the sandwich.

wet texture to it, like it wasnt cooked/fried long enough before it was served. Had night sweats and nausea for a few days after eating, then on 3/3 started having abdominal cramps, rumbling, and diarrhea. The McChicken is the only recent thing in memory that I've eaten that nobody else in my family did, and only I'm sick currently. Also haven't attended any big gatherings recently, so it's unlikely (but still possible ig) to be anything viral. I very rarely get diarrhea (last time I did was back in 2018) so something's definitely not right here regardless.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Chills, Night Sweats, Stomach Pain
