We ordered a steak quesadilla and 2 orders of nacho fries i ate the quesadilla and my wife ate the fries and by 4 am she was throwing up and had uncontrollable diarrhea sweats hot flashes I ended up taking her to the ER!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating

since. I was starting to feel better today but I got hungry and got nacho fries and a Mexican pizza from Taco Bell today for dinner. Not even an hour had passed and I’m simultaneously throwing up in a trash can and stuck on the toilet with diarrhea. I feel like I’m dying. I’m not exaggerating. I also had McAlister’s Deli on McMillan rd in West Monroe. The spicy southwest chicken sandwich is what I had from McAlister’s. I can’t even eat :(  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
