Instructed hand sinks may... See More only be used for washing hands, and must be accessible at all times. Items removed during inspection. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

    - comments: observed no soap at hand sinks in front bar and rear bar in cira restaurant. Instructed must have hand cleanser available at all hand sinks at all times.
