Eat a meal of food first than a glass of water. Wait one hour. DRINK ONLY ONE GLASS OR CUP OF OVALTINE A DAY BECAUSE OF THE VITAMINS AND MINERALS IN IT. IT IS LIKE TAKING A MULTI VITAMIN . BEST TIME of day TO DRINK ONE GLASS OR CUP is around 11 am. You will be ok , in the meanwhile flush out your system with plenty of water. Preference is 6-8 glasses of water a day. Stay well.

Only one cup is fine a day only, drink a glass of water first followed by eating a meal. Wait 1 hour before you drink OVALTINE. No more headache.

Drink water first, then eat a meal. Wait one hour. Drink only one cup of OVALTINE a day. It do not take the place of a meal. Has vitamins and minerals in it. Follow directions on the package.
