Pacific coast veggie pizza and Parmesan bites. Was fine then about 6-8 hours after eating I developed a severe headache. By morning it was nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea which is still present currently  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache

much diarrhea in my entire life it was horrible I feel so weak and so sick and I can barely get out of bed and I'm finally starting to feel a little bit better now that's been about 24 hours but holy f*** that was horrible

I believe that it was the Honolulu Hawaiian add jalapeño peppers or it was the Parmesan bites either one is likely culprit
