I arrived at home I was in a cold sweat and shaking from the pain. It felt like a large balloon extending from my anus to my sternum was being inflated to the point of popping. I took 4 gas x pills, two doses of Pepto, extra strength Tylenol, and a large magnesium pill over the course of 4 hours, which has only taken care of maybe half the pain. The pastry is the only thing I've had to eat today. I had to take her to the urgent care , they diagnosed her with food poisoning but they only gave her things to stop vomiting and hydrate her, she got better but then since then she would have severe diarrhea on and off she went to many doctors and did test until a specialist finally figured it out, she tested positive for Typhoid, (Salmonella Typhi). so, something in the milk was wrong or the pastry. I too have diarrhea on and off and I will test next week for typhoid.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
