Goodbye! and best wishes in your recovery

Pesto, like other jarred foods, could be the source of food poisoning. In 2013, more than 50 individuals in Italy fell ill after consuming pesto that had been contaminated with Clostridium botulinum. Symptoms associated with a Clostridium botulinum infection include diarrhea, blurred vision, and difficulty swallowing.

On Friday, August 12, 2022, at approximately 11:00 am, me and my Mother went to this Restaurant. And I ordered a Basil Pesto Pasta bowl and she ordered an Meatball Pasta bowl. After running some errands for a couple of hours, we came back home. And so... See More I began to eat my food. Approximately thrity minutes later, my stomach began to be bloated. And eventually I had gotten a headache, and started having a cold sweat. Then I began to feel nauseous and very tired. So I went to the bathroom to try and use it. But I still felt very bad while on the toilet. A few minutes later, that's when I began to vomit uncontrollably. This was approximately at 1:30 pm. Because I texted my friend, and told her what was happening to me. And afterwards, I felt weak, and could not eat or keep anything down over the whole weekend. It is currently, Tuesday, August 16, 2022, and I still feel weak. Also, my Mother got sick on yesterday, August 15, 2022, from a box of Honey Nut Cherrios that we purchased on last week as well. She experienced the same symptoms as me, minus the sweats, and vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Bloating, Sweating See Less
