The only thing I ate all day was a slice of meat Pizza and a pretzel w/cheese sauce from Sams. Started feeling stomach cramps and mild nausea about 2 hrs later. It got progressively worse with chills, fever and lots of nausea and diarrhea. Three of our family got sick, everyone but the baby. We shared a giant pretzel with cheese and the three of us have been sick and up all night. Definitely food poisoning, this snack was the only thing all three of us ate together, without others.
