    An E. coli Chicken Quesadillas outbreak was reported in 2013. This outbreak recalled pounds of frozen chicken quesadilla and other frozen snacks. Eating contaminated food can last a few hours to several days after consumption.  The common symptoms of food poisoning are vomiting, diarrhea nausea.

Instructed to provide at least one valid original sanitiation certificate holder on... See More site while open and operating. Priroity foundation violation. #7-38-012. No citation issued.

    3. Management, food employee and conditional employee; knowledge, responsibilities and reporting
    - comments: no signed employee health policies on site for all food and condtional employees. Instructed to provide and maintain on site for review. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-010. No citation issued.

    10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
    - comments: observed the following toilet rooms without hot water during the time of inspection. Noted women 3rd floor across from #301 handsinks ranging between 55f-58f across from #201 handsinks ranging between 72-77f, men near #205 76f, women 1st floor (near pre-k classrooms) handsinks ranging between 70-76f. Instructed to provide hot water at all handsinks at minimum 100f and maintain. Priority violation. 7-38-030 (c). No citation issued.

    38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
    - comments: observed evidence of pest activity on the premise during the time of inspection. Noted approximately 8 dropings alongside walk-in cooler in corner, 7 underneath shelving units in office/dry storage and about 12 inside classroom #105 near mini frig and shelving unit, and about 4 in classroom #100 scattered on floor near kitchen play area. Instructed to remove droppings, clean, and sanitize. Must eliminate activity. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-020 (a). No citation issued.

    55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
    - comments: observed broken wall base in lunchroom sitting area behind milk cooler. Instructed to re-attach or replace.
