(3/13/24) While home @ 10:30 p.m., I felt severe stomach pain that I've never experienced before; sharp, excruciating stomach pain that during the moment, it beats a menstrual cramp five times more. All day Monday March 11th I continued to have serious diarrhea and vomiting and severe weakness and chills. I could only get out of bed to get on the toilet and vomit over and over. My husband got electrolytes and anti- diarrhea pills to help. The diarrhea and vomiting continued throughout the day and night.
On Tuesday March 12th I continued to have serious diarrhea throughout the day and evening and overnight.
On Wednesday March 13th I decided to go to the Manatee Memorial Hospital emergency room in Bradenton Florida. Because the Diarrhea and nausea continued. After 5 hours at the hospital, I was diagnosed with salmonella, I was put on a IV fluid drip bag to rehydrate me and to stop the diarrhea and nausea for an hour and a half and given antibiotics and cramp and nausea pills. Even after being released from the hospital, I continued to have diarrhea and cramps throughout the day and all night.
