the 14 I was in urgent care, admitted to hospital on Friday the 15-20th with colitis in my large intestines and colon. Was off work until April 8. Still not completely healed.

leaving I did too. It started with bad gas and cramping and slight nausea. After I went home I got diarrhea. She came over again later and said her stomach still was hurting and I told her about my issues too. After she left again for the night I had a severe urge to throw up and sat by the toilet for 10 minutes till the feeling went away, although I never did throw up. Ive been desling with severe cramps, nausea, gas, and diarrhea for the last 4 hours, and we got the food 10 hours ago. We both got almost the same order. She got pancakes and so did I. Perkins has become severely understaffed ever since the pandemic. Although this aspect is not their fault, a severe shortage of staff often results in rushing orders and a lack of quality control. My hubby got sick here before, too. We used to love Perkins, but these days we're too afraid to go. It's sad. 😔

I started to try & pass gas but could tell immediately that would be a big mistake & I better hurry up & get to the bathroom. It was as if I had a faucet coming out of my behind. I ate the food at 8am. By 10 I was in the bathroom. I have been back 5-6x. No it feels as if my stomach is trying to cramp up. I'm still burping & can taste the eggs.

I’ve eaten here 4-5 times -the staff are all wonderful
I ordered old Timers breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs and potatoes casserole -no bread

weeks later on January 22, 2023 Diarrhea started and has been going on for close to three weeks now. I am being tested by my Gastointestinal Doctor at Mainline Health Care for Stool Infections, and my Primary Doctor at Jefferson Internal Medicine ordered stool testing for me at Quest Diagnostics. all over. I have had Sepsis and I wasn't this sick. I do have a stiff neck, (REALLY STIFF),runny nose & sneezing but, I have taken 4 Covid test. All of the Covid tests, turned out negative.I also have had a horrible head ache, that slams me, behind my left eye. The headache comes & goes. The headache may be unrelated. My kidney hurts and I am excessively salivating and running a fever. I am starting, to not be able to tolerate fluids, either now.I have thought, I was dying, right then and thought I was poisoned. My temperature went at least to 101.5. I have not thrown up at all.

This was the only food, that i ate, that no one else ate too. Being a holiday we had about 10 people in the house at all times so food was prepared for everyone. No one else got sick in my family. My boyfriend took me out to eat and we eat different things . I had pancakes with syrup, scrambled eggs and hash browns with shredded cheddar cheese. i am just now starting to get over this were i can eat again. I hope no one else on the other hand has to feel like this. I thought I had been poisoned and/or that I was dying.
