i ate 4 slices of smithfield thick sliced bacon on blt sandwiches. it was fried until crisp. the lettuce and tomato were well washed. and not the first time i had eaten those same exact vegetables. about 7 hrs later i had severe watery diarrhea and projectile... See More vomiting at the same time. i never had much of a fever and suspect chemical poisoning over a pathogen. ive had salmonella before. this was not it. i have been on bed rest mostly since sat morn. my chest still hurts 4 days later. while vomiting it was so salty. also, it seemed like something "counteracted" my digestion. my feces were "separated" oil/water/fibrous material. my vomit was mostly clear, yellow and watery with little food.(7hrs later). it was not bright green like with salmonella. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever See Less

Really sick after eating at Little Ceasars Smithfield nc on Sunday Oct 15. Only two guys working that didn't seem to know or care what they were doing. Dishes laying on the floor and the other guy picked up a pan from thr floor and started making food in it. Restaurant full of people that had already ordered online or were door dash pickups and their orders were not made because no dough.. I'm still sick and e.r. confirmed food poisoning on Monday. This place is a health hazard and should be shut down by health department! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting See Less
