Got the classic combo with spaghetti, lasagna and fettuccine. Onset was about 1-2 hours. Vomited 7 times over the duration of the night with diarrhea joining the party half way through. The duration was approx 24 hours, couldn't even keep water down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
