On Sunday, November 27, 2022, at around 6 pm, I stopped at this location, and ordered a Grand Sampler which includes lasagna with meat sauce, chicken fettuccine alfredo, spaghetti and meatballs, and ravioli. It was the only food I had consumed since 11 am that morning. I... was fine prior to eating it, but a few hour later, I began feeling nauseous followed by continuous vomiting and diarrhea. I have no doubt I got food poisoning from the food I consumed at this place. It is now Tuesday, and I am still feeling the effects of the food poisoning, I finally stopped vomiting but the diarrhea had not ceased. Hopefully this is helpful to someone else. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Yesterday November 10, 2022, Healthy choice spaghetti and Meatballs. Bought from here. Got nausea, severe stomach cramps and diarrhea that lasted 7 hours. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs with the bread and oil dip on the side to go on 11/09/22. Once I got home about 15 minutes later the food was still hot but edible. I ate around 9:40 ish and went to bed as usual. I wake up... startled to me running towards the restroom to vomit at 2:00 am starting. The vomiting and diarrhea at the same time started happening every other hour, I hardly slept last night. I can’t keep anything down so I went to urgent care for my symptoms only to clarify it’s a food-borne illness. I was prescribed zofran because I can’t even keep down water and time off work (1 week). Please don’t support this establishment since they don’t take food protocols seriously. Horrible experience I’ve had so far in my life. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Bought their basil spaghetti sauce. Made me and my family extremely sick. At first thought it could of been the meat but my ex husband made spaghetti with the same sauce and no meat and had the same sickness after eating it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
Banquet Mac n Cheese and Spaghetti, First I ate the Mac n cheese. It was disgusting. It was so watery with 0 flavor. I added my own cheese and milk to help it taste better because the noodles were fine. Next morning I had the spaghetti, was... also incredibly watered down and had not much flavor. The meatballs were okay, sauce was 60% water so it tasted like a wet tomato. That was the final straw to destroy my insides. Was in the bathroom with the runs, it all dropped out of me like a waterfall out of my butt. It hurt pretty bad. Never buy cheap frozen meals, kids. I only bought them because I thought I could trust the reviews, but I should have done my research and seen that most Banquet brand foods have been recalled MULTIPLE TIMES over the years. We also got chicken nuggets but those are safe, but NOT the patties. Only nuggets. Not much else to say but don't eat frozen food that comes out as a watery, sloppy mess. 2 days later and I'm finally getting over my ppisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other
Today I had the chicken gnocchi soup, and spaghetti with sausage. I don't have a stomach ache, I just felt very strange after eating: feverish, foggy brain, and like I'd been drugged. I still feel strange, and it's been a few hours. Weirdly enough there's a report... on here from Illinois about the gnocchi soup making them feel "as if they'd been drugged." Which is bizarre. Sharing this in case it helps anyone. | Symptoms: Fever
