I have had severe stomach cramping and diarrhea for the past 32 hours. I bought fresh ingredients from Wegmans to make tacos. My husband did not get sick and the foods that I ate but he did not were fresh coriander (cilantro) Avocado and Tomatoes (on the vine). We both ate bagged shredded lettuce.
