I got a double whopper, and by the end of the day I had SEVERE vomiting and diarrhea. I couldn't even hold down a few sips of water. I shat what I could only describe as straight water. Not just watery poop. But water with silt like debris. I got so dehydrated I almost went to the ER.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Had a whopper meal at 5 PM yesterday. Stomach started cramping at 11 PM. At 1 AM, I had diarrhea and vomiting. Again at 5am, 9am, 1pm. Nauseous with body chills all day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

I got a whopper meal and about 1/3rd of the way through the burger I started to get nauseous. For the next 16+ hours I had unimaginable pain from cramping and vomited every 30-45min.
