I think it may have been a salad, 3-4 hours after I ate it..Lasted about 9 hiours of vomiting and diarrhea. two nights ago. Now I just have a headache and feel exhausted

Are dinner 3 people. Ate about 7:30pm. Symptoms started about 3 hours later. There was not one item that all 3 of us ate the same, yet we all had similar symptoms.
