My husband and I shared a breakfast quesadilla containing sliced deli turkey, eggs, and smashed avocado. Also shared a mango strawberry and yogurt smoothie. Two children are açaí bowls with no granola or chia. Both adults became severely ill at 8pm, ~5 hours after sharing this meal. Adult 1 experienced severe vomiting and subsequent dehydration/dizziness. Adult 2 experienced severe chills and diarrhea. Adult 1 experienced a second wave of acute vomiting at 12:30 AM after attempting to eat a piece of fruit on an inflamed stomach.
