Dinner.  Suspect it was the short rib beef, 2 adults, 1 dog.  1st adult was sick within 7 hours of eating meal.  2nd adult and dog were sick after approx 18 hours  | Sintomas: Diarreia

We don’t know just all of the sudden 3 days after we arrived at Punta Cana.  I think it was the food, I had unexpected fatigue after 3 days I couldn’t get enough sleep for the first day I felt ill and intense abdominal pressure then aches… Veja mais

Not sure had a meal 24 hours ago. Then over night train when I didn’t eat. The ate buffet at new hotel but couldn’t finish as diorra starting. Had loperamide and paracetamol.
