Ate here on the 23rd for dinner with my in-laws. I hat the fried fish sandwich. About 7 hours later I was throwing up. Ended up going to ER due to being serverely dehydrated and blacking out.  | Sintomas: Febre, Náusea, Vomitando

I visited McDonalds on 23/12/2018 in the afternoon. I ordered a fish burger, and double cheeseburger and a portion of fries. Approximately one hour after eating my stomach began to rumble, and by 0400 hours on 24/12/2018 I was being violently sick.
