Ate a spicy italian chopped salad (no dressing, no cheese) and a egg white on flatbread with green peppers, tomato, olives and spinach and lettuce. (no dressing, no cheese). Ate this around noon. By 5 pm my upper to stomach was painful to the touch, lots of... See More bloating, belching and gas. Diarrhea the next day but less bloating, gas and belching. Stomach still sore.
