Based on the symptoms (e.x. bloody stool) you had experienced after eating that food, you had been contracted with the E. coli O157:H7. You still need to follow up with a physician because it could also lead to kidney failure too.

My daughter not only had a terrible finish to her Punta Cana holiday but also missed a full week of school after we returned.
