patient first which was just a few minutes from here, from there to Kaiser ER where I regurgitated exactly six times while there, then to Charles County Hospital and finally hospitalized at Holy Cross Hospital for almost two weeks with vomiting, stomach bloating, feet swelling, nausea, dizziness and vomiting, with nasogastric tube Insitu the entire time during hospitalization not being able to eat anything. I was miserable. My mouth is STILL dry and my sense of taste and smell have diminished greatly. I'm 79 y/o and has never been sick in my life! I've always been careful about my diet. I had to learn to walk with a walker. I reported the incident to the Gen Mgr of restaurant. He said he would call his insurance company. I called the Charles Cty
health department and spoke with who said she would investigate the place. I'm waiting to hear from her.

When I got out of the hospital for my illness. I'm still suffering from residuals of food poisoning. I'm STILL itching all over my body, especially my arms, legs, and hands. My hands are also peeling around my fingers.
Update 05/03: I had to pay hospital expenses. I stayed in the hospital for two weeks. Still suffering from residuals of being poisoned by the chicken noodle soup there in Waldorf MD. I almost have a phobia of eating out. My taste buds are not the same as well as my sense of taste.
update 10/02: Insurance company, Selective representative. She texted me this week re the report and said it was negative. I have not read it yet because Ii am so depressed after what she said. But....for me this is only the beginning because I BELIEVE IN GOD and......I DO NOT LIE! Who would lie about being food poisoned??? I sent her all of my medical reports, some on a disk. The hospital also sent me pictures of my behind after being poisoned with chicken noodle soup at Panera Bread in Waldorf MD Festival Way on March 27, 2023. Before being admitted to Holy Cross via ambulance I we t to Patient First but left because I was in pain and they took too long, I called EMS ( they arrived about 10 minutes later. From there I went I went to Kaiser Urgent Care where I vomited up the chicken noodle soup six times within a two- hour period. Later on that night I was rushed to Charles Regional Hospital before being driven to Holy Cross Hospital in SS Md .
I've never been sick in my life! "ain't dat sompin" but when I look in the mirror now I barely recognize myself! I haven't told a lot of people about me being poisoned at Panera Bread in Waldorf MD not even my church but now.... it's a different story because I BELIEVE IN JUSTICE. I'm 80 y/o. I've been eating right all of my life and I've damned ittbey will getaway with poisoning me. Plus that representative has very little , if any knowledge re: medical reports she would be surprised to know that I'm a medical language specialist ( a fancy word for medical transcriber ) for at least 50 years, and an expert... Not to be braggadocio!
update 10/25: This is just an update. I was poisoned on Monday March 27,2023. I was in the hospital for 2-3 weeks with an NG tube up my nose, not able to walk and could hardly talk. Being given fluids, etc. I vomited six times after eating chicken noodle soup at Panera Bread. The General Manager at Panera Bread gave me the number to their insurance company Selective Insurance. She denied my claim after I mailed her over 1,000 pages of hospital records including pictures of my hospital stay and Urgent Care visits. They need to pay for my hospital bills, my pain and suffering because it's not over I'm still suffering mentally, unable to do the things I bused to enjoy and my hair has been falling out. I'm going to spread the word everywhere I go.
