I've been to this restaurant before and from what I can see they have friendliness practices when you eat at their location. Got nasty food poisoning after eating the fried chicken that was stale. I made the mistake of paying it no mind, it seems that chicken is only fried once per day at this location, in the morning. ache, chills, and muscle weakness. I got tested for COVID the next day after having these symptoms and I am negative so it is not a possible reason. I have had food poisoning before and I know what it feels like it, all of my symptoms were in line with food poisoning. I called them to report this and they completely disregarded me because I didn’t have medical proof. I called out of concern for other customers experiencing the same thing I did. They showed complete and utter lack of care and negligence on the phone. They didn’t even ask any details and just said they don’t look into it without a doctors confirmation- not everyone has access to medical care, that does not mean they don’t experience food poisoning. They clearly don’t prioritize their customers’ health. My family and I will never eat there again. Get some quality control and look into food poisoning reports seriously!!! shame on you.
