I ordered a McDonalds with my mum and soon after eating I fell very ill, I had nothing else to eat that day. I went to this chicken salad chick on 12/02/23, i got the jalepeno holly on croissant with cheese, macaroni and a strawberry lemonade. Half an hour later i began to experience extreme nausea + vomiting and a migraine.

I got the pulled pork egg rolls that I always get and my bf got the brisket grilled cheese and that was all I had eat the rest of the day. Only me had felt dizzy and had a migraine 30 minutes after eating and then chills, nausea, and diarrhea.
